The 2024 Dubai Teaching Conference has been scheduled for Sunday May 19th. We look forward to welcoming educators from across the UAE to Safa British School, Dubai to share expertise and collaborate with colleagues across the United Arab Emirates.

Shaimaa has been actively engaged with the International Baccalaureate (IBO) since 2015, in various roles as a bilingual workshop leader, programme leader, and PD online facilitator. She’s also a member in school IB evaluation and CIS accreditation visits.
In addition to her career in various IB schools across the Middle East since 2008, Shaimaa has designed and delivered multiple workshops for teachers' in-school PDs.
Currently, she's the Teaching, Learning, and Innovation Lead for Arabic Subjects at Greenfield International School in Dubai, a Taaleem school.
Shaimaa is skilled in teacher training and instructional coaching, holding an educational leadership qualification NPQSL from the UCL Institute of Education. She's also a speaker at global conferences and facilitates educational programs.
